Positions available:
2-1-1 Helpline Specialist, full-time: Your education and experience coupled with a comprehensive training curriculum will enable you to triage incoming contacts, assess risk, intervene in crisis, engage in collaborative problem-solving, and help people in need get connected to critical services.
After successful completion of probationary period, full-time employees earn paid sick and vacation leave as well as paid health and life insurance.
