The “tagline” for 2-1-1 Brevard’s logo says, “Get Connected,” and we consider helping make connections one of the most important things we do.
Staff from 2-1-1 will present a 90-minute workshop from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 3, “Maximize Community Connections with 2-1-1,” in an effort to ensure nonprofits, organizations and individuals know how to make the best use of our resources.
The 90-minute presentation will address:
- How our database works and how to ensure your information is accurate and current.
- How to get most from searching the database and using our mobile database “app.”
- How 2-1-1 can help you share information via our website, newsletter and social media.
The location will be the Posey Conference Center at the Florida Department of Health in Brevard, 2555 Judge Fran Jamieson Way, Viera.
The workshop is free, but registration is requested here by Oct. 1.
